PRESENTATION
47 editions after carried through of the Volta de Porto Alegre, the more traditional cycling event of the south of Brazil, the competition if became the International in the year of 2004.

The event was enrolled in the World-wide Calendar of the UCI - Union Cycling International, adding basic points in the World-wide Ranking, so that Brazil conquered vacant to participate with a team in the Atenas Olimpic Games.

In 2005 the event contributed so that the Brazilian rider they conquered precious points in the UCI America Tour, taking Brazil to the leadership of the American continent.

After the success in 2004, 2005 and 2006, the SS Marketing in set with the Brazilian Confederation of Cycling, present edition 2007 of the competition that will call VOLTA CICLÍSTICA INTERNACIONAL - 51ª Porto Alegre Edition.

One more time during 5 days of March, the roads of the Rio Grande do Sul state will be palco main of the cycling American.

Elite - For cyclists born in 1984 or before
Sub 23 - For cyclists born between 1985 the 1988

REGISTRATIONS OF TEAMS
Will participate of the event teams invited with 5 or 8 athletes and 1 or 2 controllers.
